Welfare

Every child who attends Lincoln City Gymnastics Club should be able to take part in an enjoyable and safe environment and be protected from all forms of abuse, harm or bullying. Our club is determined to meet its obligation to ensure gymnasts do so to the highest possible standard of care. This applies to all coaches and volunteer helpers in the club.

We take the welfare of all our members very seriously and welcome feedback to continually improve our club. Adele Bogg and Claire Speed are our Welfare Officers and have all attended the Time to Listen and Safeguarding & Protecting Children courses required for them to be qualified for this post. They are available to help and listen to any issues or concerns. You can speak to them at the gym or send an email to LCGC.welfare@outlook.com
